The 24″ “Tough-Seal” Shallow Water Float Collar Buoy is purpose-built for marking shallow waterways, swim zones, or restricted areas — delivering reliable buoyancy and visible safety marking where large mooring buoys aren’t practical. Its rotationally molded, UV-stabilized polyethylene shell and foam-filled core make the buoy virtually unsinkable, even in rough currents or high-traffic sections of marinas, lakes, or coastal areas. Engineered with a stable, wide-base design, this float collar buoy stays upright and visible under varying water levels and conditions, providing a dependable safety barrier or channel marker for dock operators and waterfront managers.
